Imagine all the potential an unfinished basement holds for a life yet discovered
Basements always seem to be the place for the kids’ playroom. However, with our help, an unfinished basement in Elmhurst, IL became a couple’s dream recreation area for themselves.
In this basement, quality time is spent around the pool table. The clients’ extensive wine collection is housed in top-of-the-line wine refrigerators, flanked by custom fitted cabinetry. At the opposite end of the room, is a complimentary wet bar. Because the basement is used for more than billiards, an extensive lighting design with a Graphic Eye creates scenes to fit the event with a touch of a button.
Down the hall, an adjoining 3/4 bath with shower continues the billiard room’s feel. And an exercise room in the back fulfills our clients’ desires to incorporate their exercise routine within the house.
